Our Interior House Painting Process
What to Expect from Tall Pines Painting Each Step of the Way
When it comes to painting your home, we understand that you don’t want surprises. To ensure that your experience is worry-free, we take the time to communicate and plan your project with you — from before we start painting through after we finish.
We’ve found that this personal and proactive approach gives our customers the peace of mind that their work will be done right, on schedule, and to their full satisfaction.
Here are the three phases you can expect from us.
Phase 1: Project Planning
Kick-off meeting
Your project manager will personally meet with you to review the details of your job, your start date, the length of your project, and where our painters should store their tools to minimize the inconvenience to you. In addition, he’ll discuss your colors and answer your questions, so there are no surprises later.
Color selection
Our goal is to ensure that you’re thrilled with the color of your home, so we offer several color options. We can:
• Match your current paint color. We take this step prior to starting work, so you know the color is right.
• Give you color brochures to help you choose your own color.
• Have our color specialist / designer meet with you at your home to offer advice on colors.
To ensure you’re pleased with the color before we start work, we’re happy to paint up to three color samples on your home.
Phase 2: Preparation and Painting
Introductions
If appropriate, our uniformed team can introduce themselves to you at the start of the painting phase, so you feel more comfortable with them. The same crew members will work on your project from start to finish.
